Lee County Busted Mugshots is privately owned and has no government affiliation. It is not the Lee County Sheriff’s Office, the Lee County Detention Facility, Sanford Police, Broadway Police, North Carolina courts, NCDAC, BOP, or ICE. It stores no official jail, police, court, or corrections records and cannot confirm custody, release a person, post bond, or file a request.
The service points visitors toward Lee County and North Carolina records resources. It is not a private investigation firm and is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Neither the service nor its advertising partners offers records for credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or another FCRA-covered purpose.
Acceptable Use
Use the pages for lawful information and records-routing purposes. Do not misuse a contact route, interfere with the service, impersonate an agency, submit false information, or attempt to gain access to another person’s account or private data. Do not use a wanted listing to confront, follow, threaten, photograph, or detain someone.

Ownership and Permission
The page design, original wording, logos, and other material created for the service belong to Lee County Busted Mugshots or its licensors. You may read and share ordinary links for lawful personal use. You may not copy the site into a competing database, remove notices, scrape it in a way that burdens the service, or reuse protected material without permission. Government records remain subject to their own rights and laws.
Changes and Access
These terms may be revised by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use after a change means the updated terms apply. Access may be limited, suspended, or revoked when the service believes a visitor has violated the terms, created risk, or abused a linked tool.
North Carolina Law
These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, without applying conflict-of-law rules that would require another jurisdiction’s law. If a court finds one provision invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect and the invalid part will be narrowed only as needed.
